By using this website, requesting a quotation, placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “Alder Interiors”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Alder Interiors Limited. “You” and “your” refer to the website user, customer, client or person placing an order with us.
2. Use of This Website
The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current or free from error.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disrupt or impair the website, our business, or the experience of other users.
3. Products, Services and Interior Design Information
Alder Interiors provides interior design services, bespoke interiors, furniture, furnishings, design consultations and related products and services.
Images, colours, finishes, materials, fabrics, textures and product details shown on the website are for guidance only. Actual colours and finishes may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, manufacturing processes, fabric batches, natural materials and supplier availability.
Where bespoke, custom-made or made-to-order items are supplied, these may be subject to specific terms relating to ordering, cancellation, production, delivery and installation.
4. Quotations and Orders
Any quotation provided by Alder Interiors is based on the information available at the time of quotation. Quotations may be subject to change where the scope of work changes, where additional products or services are requested, or where supplier pricing, delivery charges, installation requirements or project details change.
An order is not confirmed until we have received written confirmation from you and the required deposit has been paid.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been an error in pricing, availability, product description, supplier information or any other relevant detail.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our payment terms are as follows:
A 50% deposit is payable on placing an order. This confirms the order and allows us to begin arranging the relevant products, materials, supplier orders, design work, production or project scheduling.
The remaining 50% balance is payable 4 weeks prior to installation.
Orders, installations, deliveries or project work may be delayed if payments are not received by the due dates.
All payments must be made in accordance with the invoice issued by Alder Interiors. Any additional works, variations, changes or extras requested after the original quotation may be invoiced separately and must be paid in accordance with the payment terms stated on the relevant invoice.
6. Late or Non-Payment
If payment is not received when due, Alder Interiors reserves the right to pause, delay or withhold any products, services, delivery, installation, design work or further project activity until payment has been received in full.
We also reserve the right to recover any reasonable costs, expenses or losses incurred as a result of late payment or non-payment.
7. Cancellations and Changes
Because many of our products and services may involve bespoke, custom-made, made-to-order, specially sourced or project-specific items, cancellations and changes may not always be possible once an order has been confirmed.
Where a cancellation or change is requested, we will review the status of the order or project and advise whether any refund, partial refund, credit or amendment is possible. Deposits may be non-refundable where costs have already been incurred, supplier orders have been placed, work has commenced, or bespoke/custom items have been commissioned.
Any changes to the agreed scope, products, specifications, finishes, measurements, dates or installation details may result in additional charges and/or revised timelines.
8. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation dates are provided in good faith and are based on supplier lead times, product availability, project scheduling and other relevant factors. While we make every effort to meet agreed timelines, dates may be subject to change due to circumstances outside our control, including supplier delays, shipping delays, manufacturing delays, access issues, illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
You are responsible for ensuring that the installation area is accessible, safe, clear and ready for the agreed work to take place. Any delay caused by lack of access, incomplete preparation, unsuitable site conditions or changes requested by you may result in additional charges.
9. Measurements, Specifications and Site Readiness
Where products, furnishings, fittings or installations are based on measurements, it is important that all measurements and specifications are accurate.
If Alder Interiors is responsible for taking measurements, we will take reasonable care in doing so. If measurements are supplied by you, your contractor, architect or another third party, you are responsible for ensuring that those measurements are accurate.
We are not responsible for delays, additional costs or unsuitable products arising from incorrect measurements, incomplete information, structural issues, site changes or undisclosed site conditions.
10. Supplier Products and Availability
Some products supplied by Alder Interiors may be sourced from third-party suppliers, manufacturers or craftspeople. Product availability, lead times, colours, fabrics, finishes, pricing and specifications may be subject to change by those suppliers.
If a selected product becomes unavailable, discontinued or subject to a significant delay, we will inform you and, where possible, suggest a suitable alternative.
11. Bespoke and Custom-Made Items
Bespoke, made-to-order, customised or specially sourced items are produced or ordered specifically for you. These items may not be eligible for cancellation, exchange or refund once the order has been placed, except where required by law.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all relevant specifications, including finishes, fabrics, colours, dimensions, layouts and product details, before the order is confirmed.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, photographs, logos, design layouts, branding, website design and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Alder Interiors Limited unless otherwise stated.
